Who can Ample Care support in Greater Melbourne?
Ample Care Group is a Melbourne-based NDIS support team supporting participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. We provide everyday supports — daily living and personal care, community participation, respite, transport, support coordination and high-intensity care — across Melbourne's west, north and south-east, plus Geelong and Ballarat. Our NDIS registration is currently being assessed.
We believe in being upfront. Ample Care Group Support Services Pty Ltd has applied to register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and is currently "to be registered" — our application is being assessed. While our registration is being assessed, we can support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We are not yet able to support NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants, because that requires full registration.
If you're not sure how your plan is managed, that's completely normal — give us a call on 0450 272 125 and we'll help you work it out. There's no pressure and no cost to ask.
Every person's plan is different, so we start by understanding what matters to you.
Respectful, hands-on help with everyday essentials — showering, dressing, grooming and getting ready for the day.
Practical, patient coaching to build confidence with cooking, budgeting, transport and everyday routines.
Support to get out and do the things you enjoy — community groups, classes, hobbies, appointments and outings.
Planned breaks that give participants a change of scene and give carers time to recharge.
Help getting to appointments, activities, work or study, building confidence to travel independently.
Practical help around the home — cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and day-to-day jobs.
A steady hand to help you understand your plan, connect with the right supports, and make your funding work for your goals.
For complex health-related needs, delivered only by workers trained to the NDIS high-intensity support skills descriptors.
Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Plan Management require full NDIS registration and are not yet offered — ask us about Support Coordination in the meantime.

Prices follow the NDIS Pricing Schedule, which sets maximum rates (a standard weekday support worker is capped around $70/hour in 2026-27). Self-managed and plan-managed participants can compare providers. We'll always be transparent about costs before you commit.
