Our registration status
In plain language
We believe in being upfront. Ample Care Group Support Services Pty Ltd has applied to register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and is currently "to be registered" — our application is being assessed. While our registration is being assessed, we can support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We are not yet able to support NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants, because that requires full registration.
If you're not sure how your plan is managed, that's completely normal — give us a call on 0450 272 125 and we'll help you work it out. There's no pressure and no cost to ask.

NDIS provider Geelong: support that knows the area
Geelong is Victoria's largest regional centre and the most established regional SIL/SDA market — with real opportunity for a genuinely local, honest provider.
We support central Geelong and the surrounding Bellarine and Surf Coast areas, not just the CBD.
A steady, reachable local team — not a metro call centre.
Whether you choose us or someone else, here's what to look for.
Look for
✓ They're clear about their NDIS registration status and what it means for you.
✓ They explain things in plain language and never rush you.
✓ They put your goals at the centre, not their roster.
✓ They're happy for you to ask questions, get a second opinion, or take your time.
✓ Their workers are screened, trained and a good personal fit for you.
Be cautious of
✕ Vague or exaggerated claims about being “fully registered” when they're not.
✕ Pressure to sign a long service agreement quickly.
✕ No clear answer about who will actually be supporting you.
✕ Promises about funding or plan outcomes that no provider can guarantee.
✕ Hard-to-reach support when something goes wrong.
We're building our review base in this region — real, verified reviews will appear here once available. We never publish invented testimonials.

What clients ask about Geelong
Hover a question to see the answer.
+ Is Ample Care a registered NDIS provider?
Ample Care Group has applied to register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and is currently "to be registered." While our registration is being assessed, we support participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.
+ Do you support people across the Barwon region, not just central Geelong?
Yes, we support central Geelong and surrounding areas including the Bellarine and Surf Coast.
+ Can you support me if I am self-managed or plan-managed?
Yes. We support both self-managed and plan-managed participants. If you're NDIA-managed (agency-managed), we can't support you just yet, but we're happy to explain your options.
+ How do I get started with Ample Care?
Book a free 15-minute chat or call 0450 272 125. We'll listen, answer your questions and explain how we could help — no pressure to commit.
+ How much does an NDIS support worker cost in Geelong?
Prices follow the NDIS Pricing Schedule, which sets maximum rates (a standard weekday support worker is capped around $70/hour in 2026-27). Self-managed and plan-managed participants can compare providers. We'll always be transparent about costs before you commit.
+ Can I change NDIS providers if I've already started with someone else?
Yes. You have choice and control. Check your current service agreement for notice periods, then reach out — we make switching straightforward, and a support coordinator can help.
