Our registration status

In plain language

We believe in being upfront. Ample Care Group Support Services Pty Ltd has applied to register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and is currently "to be registered" — our application is being assessed. While our registration is being assessed, we can support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We are not yet able to support NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants, because that requires full registration.

If you're not sure how your plan is managed, that's completely normal — give us a call on 0450 272 125 and we'll help you work it out. There's no pressure and no cost to ask.

Why local matters

NDIS provider Brimbank Melton: support that knows the area

  • Melton has been among Australia's fastest-growing local government areas, and Brimbank is one of Victoria's most culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
  • Culturally safe support — St Albans, Sunshine and the surrounding suburbs are wonderfully diverse, and we work to provide support that respects your culture, language and family.

Choosing a provider

Green flags and red flags

Whether you choose us or someone else, here's what to look for.

Look for

  • They're clear about their NDIS registration status and what it means for you.
  • They explain things in plain language and never rush you.
  • They put your goals at the centre, not their roster.
  • They're happy for you to ask questions, get a second opinion, or take your time.
  • Their workers are screened, trained and a good personal fit for you.

Be cautious of

  • Vague or exaggerated claims about being “fully registered” when they're not.
  • Pressure to sign a long service agreement quickly.
  • No clear answer about who will actually be supporting you.
  • Promises about funding or plan outcomes that no provider can guarantee.
  • Hard-to-reach support when something goes wrong.

We're building our review base in this region — real, verified reviews will appear here once available. We never publish invented testimonials.
